I think this is not the site map of Mabuhay city subdivision. I am referring to Mabuhay City which is located in Mamatid Cabuyao Laguna. I didn't recall that there is a Mabuhay city 2000 homes.

Now mabuhay city is a safe haven for crooks who are in hiding in Metro Manila. There are many informal settlers aka squatters inside the subdivision which they just opened a vacant houses and occupy them.

In August 8, 2008 it is the most auspicious year for the groundbreaking of this exclusive subdivision. The name Augusta came from the month of August.

Ah Walter Mart! I remember the Equitable Bank on the road side of the building. :-) Also, there is a chinese restaurant before the entrance.

Nice Restaurant with very good chicken and "ripe mango shake". I remember a waitress who speaks French. ;-)

This is a beautiful place to live. Very accessible, but the biggest problem is the creek. water really flows and give heavy flooding to the entire subdivision
